Personalized Items

All JKMM items are personalized and made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

​

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

​

We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Order Cancellations

​

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.


Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

​

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.​​​

Shipping Issues

JKMM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
