Return & Exchange Policy for Personalized Ornaments

Because each ornament is custom-made just for you, personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Returns & Exchanges Are Only Accepted If:

• The ornament arrives with a spelling or personalization error that differs from what you submitted.

• The ornament arrives damaged or broken in transit.

If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will be happy to send a replacement or offer a store credit.

Before Placing Your Order:

• Double-check all spelling, names, dates, and other customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Non-Personalized Items:

If you purchased a non-personalized item, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
